When memory loss issues affect your family, we can help:

Residential Care Homes for people with memory loss. Ten neighboring houses designed to look, smell, and feel like home while providing for the special needs of people with memory loss.

Onsite Health Center staffed with a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing medical management of people with memory loss -- on our campus or in the community.

Community Outreach that includes support groups, educational workshops, lectures for individuals and families coping with memory loss, and in-home or onsite geriatric consultations by our Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
